New communities or those without a centralized recreation program can ask for a free consultation with Joan to design a Mah Jongg program that begins with group lessons and can grow into an events focus. Joan will then provide a cost proposal to implement the designed program. Locations beyond 25 miles from Lewes, DE will pay a standard federal government mileage fee.
